2. Appointments
Appointments can be requested online via the booking service, by phone on 0176 568 287 38 or via WhatsApp. Treatments are provided and paid for at the studio; no payments are processed through this website.
3. Prices
The prices in euros shown on the website and in the studio apply.
4. Cancellations and changes
If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel it as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
5. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB (German Civil Code) applies to distance contracts. No paid contract is concluded through this website; the treatment is agreed, provided and paid for at the studio.
6. Health notice
Our massages are intended for relaxation and well-being and do not replace medical treatment. Please tell us before your treatment about any complaints, pregnancy or medical conditions.
7. Complaints & consumer dispute resolution
Please send complaints to cecilew@hotmail.com or call 0176 568 287 38. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
